Coping with Separation anxiety during Covid-19

I know all of us are experiencing everything going on in the world differently with our own unique challenges. For me and my broken brain, it’s wild separation anxiety and just plain misery. It may be like this for you too. All I know is how I’m going to try and survive this difficult time. When it’s good and dark I’m going outside and I’m going to look up for a while. I’m going to see the stars occupying their little space in the sky, shining the same as they always do and remember that although things may seem very different down here there are still some things that can’t be taken away from me, and somewhere the people I love and miss are under the exact same sky until I can see them again. I hope that helps.
